10X (2002-2012)
Michael Duda’s career extended far beyond owning and operating an internet company and representing professional NFL athletes. He also built an impressive portfolio as a professional sports photographer, shooting directly from the field at NFL games, private autograph sessions, the Maui Hula Bowl, and the NFL Pro Bowl in Hawaii. Executive Expansion (2014-2025)
Michael Duda brought the same innovation, work ethic, and drive from his technology and sports career into the automotive industry. He began at Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa when the store was averaging roughly 40 vehicle deliveries per month and helped contribute to its growth into a high-volume dealership delivering up to 200 vehicles per month. Over his career, Michael delivered more than 4,000 vehicles, ranked at the top of sales in the Russ Darrow Group for 10 consecutive years, and delivered 504 vehicles in a single year.

Early Foundation
Started writing code on a Texas Intruments TI99/4A sometime in the early 1980's. Wrote all programs and games using a Model PHP 1500 Speech Synthesizer utilzing Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) technology popular in the early 1980s.
Growth & Leadership
Started at GE Medical programming on CT, MR, and Nuclear scanners. Started leveraging the internet to launch the Proactive Diagnostic remote service platform for GE Cares.
Entrepreneurship
Launched an internet company in 1994 and by the 2000's generating millions in revenue online via secure transactions for licensed merchandise and NFL athletes.

The Russ Darrow Group Legacy
The Russ Darrow Group of automotive dealerships has been serving Wisconsin buyers since 1965
- 1965: Russ Darrow Jr. opened the first dealership in West Bend, Wisconsin.
- 1997: the group added new acquisitions, finance capability, and additional growth platforms.
- 2001–2007: major expansion included new corporate offices and multiple dealership openings.
- 2024: a new Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership in West Bend honored the group’s legacy where it all started.
Russ Darrow III started DealerDriven.ai in May of 2025 when it was obvious that artificial intelegnece was going to impact the family dealerships in major way similar to when the internet arrived in the 1990's.
